My Documentary Film

In 2017, I completed my self-produced, self-directed documentary in which I interviewed researchers from all over the country who are proving the physiological benefits of Yoga and Meditation. These include researchers from Harvard, UCLA, Carnegie Mellon Universities. I also spoke with physicians who are using Yoga Therapy as part of a comprehensive and holistic treatment plan for addictions, cancer, HIV, diabetes, mental health and a variety of nervous system disorders and inflammatory diseases..

Learn, and practice, the meditations and breath exercises that can influence your health and well-being. You can view trailer HERE.

If you wish to view the film, or present it at your studio, health center, teacher training program, festival, or other location, feel free to contact me at urbanyogini08@gmail.com.
